Participant Liability Waiver - PRINT AND COMPLETE
All participants (parents or guardians for all children) will be required to complete and hand in this Participant Liability Waiver before taking part in the race. Please print and complete this form before arriving on race day to help us make sure we have a smooth and safe check-in. You can copy or click the URL below to access this form.

Course
5k and 1 mile fun run on roads with some elevation. The course map is available for download below along with a course preview on Strava. The course preview on Strava is missing a short section of the route that will run along Stone Tower Lane and West Branch Rd.

Kids Run Free
Participants 12 and under run either of the races (5k or 1 mile) for free! Choose the Fun Run or 5k Under 12 option to sign your little gobbler up to run.


Cold Turkey Plunge 
The 8th annual Cold Turkey Plunge in Corcoran's Pond has gone VIRTUAL. WV Adaptive Sports puts on this great event each year as a fundraiser to support their programs and athletes. This year you can still participate, but at home and it doesn't even have to be a plunge! You can sign up for the plunge along with the race. You'll receive more information from Waterville Adaptive once you've signed up.


Health and Safety
We will be taking great care to keep our participants and staff safe.
-5k limited to 100 participants
-Masks required until race start
-Participants will line up to start, spaced 6 feet apart, and ordered by their expected finish time

Virtual Race Option
If you are not able to make it to the race on Saturday, please join us for a virtual alternative by running 5k safely at home and submitting your results to the link below by end of the day on Saturday, November 28th. In order for your results to be recognized you will need to use a tracking service on your phone or other device such as Strava, Map My Run, and Runkeeper. All virtual race participants will be entered into a prize raffle with the winner announced on Sunday, November 29th.

Medals
All in-person, paid 5k runners get a handmade wooden medal from Ragged Cuts. These are the same folks that made our awesome 2020 Black Bear medals.


Prizes and Results
Results will be posted to this page after the race. Prizes will be given out for top female and male over all as well as age groups - under 13, 13-18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+
