Runners, You've done the work; now let's put it to the test! I am inviting you to participate in this virtual trail race 5K distance. We will chart our own course on a real trail nearby to put our Agility & Stability Training for Runner's into practice. Participating in this event not only gives us a chance to get out on the trail, but also to get some cute swag to show for it. I hope you will join me!
